We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In compliance with Klarna’s requirements, our policy allows for returns and refunds on all online purchases within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at laborlagold@gmail.com or call us at (786)-294-0946. We will arrange for the return and repair of the item at no additional cost to you.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Obtain Your Return Authorization (RMA) Number:
Email us at laborlagold@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number and further instructions for shipping.

Refunds and Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 12 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
CANCELING ORDERS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at laborlagold@gmail.com or (786)-294-0946. Once your order is in process, cancellations may not be possible for custom items. A restocking fee of 6% may apply for canceled orders.

Do not send any returns without first receiving an RMA number from us, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
